Our research team have currently focused on the prediction of bacterial protein targeting in different compartments of host and their enigmatic  connection with growth and development of different type of cancer. We have suggested that intracellular infection of Chlamydia pneumoniae possible act as a etiological factor for the growth of lung cancer.  Some of our results have published and some are under pipeline.
